An online accounting app built for the Tunisian context. Invoices are captured automatically by OCR, monthly VAT is computed to the millime, and the journal and trial balance follow the SCE chart of accounts. Data integrity is enforced by the database itself: every company is isolated, a validated invoice can no longer be edited and a declared period is locked.
What it does
- Invoice capture by OCR (PDFs and photos), with server-side amount checks
- Monthly VAT computation and filing preparation (VAT, DETT)
- Journal and trial balance following the SCE chart of accounts, CSV export
- Tested tax engine: VAT, FODEC, stamp duty, income and corporate tax, deadlines
- Multi-company isolation through RLS and an automatic audit log
